My Mosaic (Sept 13)


Happy Friday! It was my week off, so I powered through some readings for my classes. It's been a good transition, getting into our school routine, and now enjoying time on the ice and on the field! How has your week been?



In 2009, Matt Chandler carried his baby back to her jumper, then woke up in the hospital. He'd had a seizure, and was diagnosed with a primary brain tumour. Here he writes about praying for healing when we are sitting in the valley of suffering.


"Do you ever think of God's commands as too hard?" We can go back to Deuteronomy to remind us that His commands are not too difficult for us, and that His grace enables us to obey and follow.

September 10 was World Suicide Prevention Day. You never really know when you might find yourself in a situation where someone around you is in need of help with suicidal thoughts. This quick assessment will help equip you to make decisions and provide assistance.
