My Mosaic (Apr 14)

Happy Friday!

It's been a week of meetings and appointments, planning and preparing. While I thought there'd be space to rest with my semester finished, seems what's really left from the chaos is the pile of catching up to do.

One season finishes and another begins.

As you find yourself shifting along with the seasons, whether you're weary from a long winter or rejoicing in anticipation with the newness of spring, that just as the Lord walks with us through each, He gives us the rest we need in the gift and grace of Himself.

"And he said, “My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest" (Ex 33:14).

May He be your rest today.

"Spring is an innate wake-up call for us to mimic the newness we witness in creation. Dust off those window sills, pack up the wool sweaters, and get rid of a few piles. Not only am I ready for my hardwood floors and kitchen countertops to glow like the lengthening days of spring, I want my soul to reflect the purity and newness of this hopeful season."
