Happy Friday!
We've dipped below freezing and watched snowflakes falling yesterday! The ominous reminder that winter is on it's way. My daughter even told me it smells like winter outside.
I enjoyed the last paddle for the season last weekend, while wearing pants, a sweatshirt, and a toque. Can't say I was really ready to pack it up, but we've been known to get snowstorms already in October.
As the days get shorter, the weather cooler, preparing your gardens for the winter and watching combines cut down the corn, may your sense of gratitude heighten watching a bountiful harvest come in, and fix our eyes in anticipation of planting seeds in the next season.
