My Mosaic (Nov 22)

ree

Welcome to My Mosaic! A weekly collection of articles I’ve gathered, that I think are helpful and encouraging towards a life that abides in The Vine.

We flew in last night and I'm currently sitting in piles of laundry and cleaning, but that's the joys of a vacation! It's great to be home. The kiddos missed their friends and activities the last 2 weeks, so they look forward to getting back into the swing of things. I was able to finish 3 of my papers before we left, but I've got one more to take care of this week and then my first semester is done!!

Without further adieu, here’s only a few articles this week, hope you enjoy! Have a great weekend!

I think it’s always a good reminder for us, as believers, to approach our weekly teaching with reverence. We can get caught up in what we want to hear, rather than what He wants to teach us.

During our years overseas, I wish I had heard about this common “itch” more. We were in Africa for six years, and we definitely experienced this. So here’s an encouraging article for those who are in the middle of the “itch” and need some guidance through it.

I’m excited to go to this exciting conference next year! It takes place June 11-13, 2020 and I am looking to take a few ladies with me! Check out this link for the sessions and speakers, there are also going to be some great breakout sessions. So check it out, and if you are interested LET ME KNOW!! I’d love for you to join us! I’ll be ordering tickets before Christmas.

**We celebrated my Dad's birthday while we were gone, so we all wore matching birthday shirts! It was very popular and he got a lot of well wishes from people as we stood in line!
